Terms of Service

By accessing or using Moxu ("the Platform"), a service provided by Moxu Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. Moxu provides a comprehensive suite of business tools including PWA generation, Link in Bio sites, AI Customer Agents, CRM databases, and marketing automation systems.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. Moxu cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Host, distribute, or link to any malicious code, malware, or phishing campaigns.
• Send unsolicited promotional messages (spam) via our Push Notification or Email marketing channels. Our platform employs a strict opt-in policy for push notifications.
• Train our AI Agents to generate abusive, illegal, or harmful content.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others through your Moxu-hosted PWA or Link in Bio pages.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select. At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Moxu Inc. cancels it.

Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.

You retain all rights to the data, content, and customer lists (CRM data) you upload or collect using Moxu ("Customer Data"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you.

Regarding AI features: Prompts, business knowledge bases, and customer chats processed through your customized AI Agent are isolated to your workspace. We do not use your proprietary business data or customer conversations to train public AI models.

In no event shall Moxu Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
